Returns

We offer a transparent returns policy that meets legal requirements.

1. Return conditions

• The return request must be submitted within 14 days of receipt.
• Products must be returned unassembled, undamaged, unused, and in their original packaging, including accessories and documentation.
• Return shipping costs are at your own expense. We recommend sending packages by registered mail via PostNL, DHL, or DPD
• Returns are at your own risk. Please ensure secure packaging to prevent damage during transit.

Depreciation:
If products are damaged or show signs of wear beyond what is necessary to inspect the product, a depreciation will be applied. This amount will be deducted from the refund amount.

Procedure:

1. Contact us via contact@darkstormdefense.com to submit your return request.
2. Please follow the return instructions you receive from us.
3. Once we have received the product in good condition, the amount to be refunded will be transferred within 14 days.

2. Right of withdrawal (cooling-off period)

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product.

What you can expect:

• The full order amount, including standard shipping costs, will be credited.
• You are solely responsible for the return shipping costs from you to our online store. These costs are approximately €9.95 per package, depending on the carrier.

Conditions:

• The product must be returned with all accessories supplied and, if reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging.
• If the product is damaged or the packaging shows more damage than is necessary to assess the product, we reserve the right to charge a reduction in value.

Procedure:

2. Please follow the return instructions listed on this page.
3. After receiving and inspecting your return, we will refund the amount due to your account within 14 days.

NB: Please handle the product with care and ensure it is properly packaged for return shipping.

3. Sealed Products

For certain products, such as:

• EMP Protection Devices
• Audio and video recordings
• Computer software
• Hygiene products (e.g., earplugs),

The right of withdrawal only applies as long as the seal remains intact. Once the seal is broken, the right of withdrawal expires and the product can no longer be returned.

4. Warranty

At Dark Storm Defense.com we offer a standard 10-year warranty on our products, unless stated otherwise.

What is covered under warranty?

• Defects due to material or manufacturing errors.

What is not covered by the warranty?

• Damage due to improper use, normal wear and tear, or external factors such as dropping or water.

Submit a warranty claim:

   • Your order number.
   • A description of the defect.
   • Any photos or videos as evidence.
2. After approval, you will receive further instructions.
3. Repair or replacement will take place within 3 to 5 weeks, depending on the situation.

Swap

Would you like to exchange a product? You can do so within 14 days of receipt.

5. Return conditions

• If possible, the product should be unassembled, unused, complete, and in its original packaging.
• Any price differences will be settled.
